Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Ots Jimenez collects when you order Reciprocity Offers, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle your data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
What we collect
We only ask for what an order needs:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address, which is where your access is sent.
- Your mobile number, so we can reach you if the order needs a fix.
- The payment receipt image you upload, which shows us the payment reference and the amount.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as your device type and the page you came from.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your payment and send you what you bought.
- To answer you when you ask for help with your order.
- To send you email about this product and related offers. You can stop these at any time.
- To keep our own records of sales, refunds and taxes.
- To measure which ads and pages lead to orders, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not trade it. We use a small set of service providers to run the shop, and they only see what they need to do their part:
- Our hosting and database providers, which store the order record and your receipt image.
- Our email provider, which sends your access email and any follow-up email.
- Advertising platforms, which receive measurement events about orders. These are matched in hashed form, never as your plain email address.
We also hand over data when a law or a lawful order requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records and receipts are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep sales records, and then deleted. If you ask us to remove you from our email list we remove you right away, and we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not add you back by mistake.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, object to how we use it, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission. To use any of these rights, write to us at team@otsjimenez.com and tell us which one you want.
Security
Your order data sits with established hosting and email providers and moves over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, so we keep what we collect small on purpose.
Children
This product is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top of this page.
