These terms cover your order of Reciprocity Offers from Ots Jimenez. Placing an order means you accept them.
What you are buying
Reciprocity Offers is a digital product. You get access to it online. Nothing is shipped to you and there is no physical item.
This is an early access order
Reciprocity Offers is still being built. You are buying early access, not a finished product. You get the working document as it stands today, and every update lands in the same place at no extra cost as the remaining parts are written. If you want a finished product instead, wait and buy later, or use the refund terms below.
Price and payment
The price is ₱249. You pay by scanning the payment code shown at checkout and uploading your payment receipt. Your order is confirmed once we match your receipt to the payment. Send the exact amount shown, because a different amount can delay the match.
Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed we email your access to the address you typed at checkout. Type it carefully: a wrong address is the single most common reason access does not arrive. If nothing reaches you, check your spam and promotions folders first, then write to us at team@otsjimenez.com and we will resend it.
Refunds
Two refund routes apply to this order:
- If you do not like it. Open it, read it, and if it is not for you, send it back inside 7 days and your money comes back to you. You do not have to give a reason.
- After you land the client. Run the steps and land a paying client inside 30 days. Show us the client and your money comes back to you. You keep the client and you keep the program.
To claim either one, write to us at team@otsjimenez.com from the email address you used at checkout and tell us which route you are using. For the second route, include the proof of your paying client. Approved refunds go back through the same payment method you used.
What this product does not promise
This is business education. It does not guarantee income, customers, clients, or any specific result. What you get out of it depends on your own skill, your own offer, who you contact, how you deliver and how you follow up. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
How you may use it
Your access is for you. You may use everything inside it in your own business, including with your own paying clients. You may not resell it, republish it, share your access link, or hand out copies. We can close access that is being shared or resold.
Your account details
Give us accurate details at checkout. We are not able to deliver to an address you typed wrongly, though we will always fix it if you tell us.
If something goes wrong
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Consumer Act of the Philippines gives you.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
